1. The service
Areto provides a specialized-English learning experience that may include educational content, interactive tools and optional social features. Features and content may evolve as the service develops.
2. Accounts and eligibility
The service is intended for people aged 13 and older. If you are a minor under applicable law, obtain your parent or guardian's permission to use the service and its AI features. Accept these terms and the acceptable-use policy before creating or uploading content. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Registration information should be accurate. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for abuse or violation of these terms.
3. Content and intellectual property
Text, design, marks, software and content owned by Areto are protected by applicable rights. They may not be copied, resold or distributed beyond permitted use of the service.
For content you upload, you grant Areto the technical license necessary to host, process and display that content only to the extent needed to operate the feature you chose.
4. Acceptable use
Harassment, unlawful content, attempts to bypass security, unauthorized access, service disruption or interference with other users are prohibited. Child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, threats, hate, prohibited sexual content and violations of other people's privacy are also prohibited. Use the available report and block controls for users and content, and the report action below an AI reply to report that reply. Violating content may be removed and accounts may be restricted to protect the platform.
5. Learning and AI features
Educational and generated content supports learning and is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, engineering or other high-impact advice. Consult appropriate sources when a decision carries significant consequences. AI can misread text or describe images incorrectly; check results against the original rather than treating them as an exact transcription.
6. Privacy
Data is processed under the published Privacy Policy. Some features require account data, content or device permissions to work, depending on the feature you choose.
7. Account restriction and deletion
Accounts may be restricted for violations or security risks. You may request account deletion through the deletion and recovery lifecycle available in the app and on the official website.
8. Availability and responsibility
We work toward a stable and secure service but do not guarantee that every feature will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Learning outcomes vary by user, usage and context.
